All orders are processed after payment is received. Please allow 2–7 business days for production and fulfillment before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have entered production.

Typical delivery times:

Canada: 5–12 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
International: 10–25 business days

Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers.

Incorrect Addresses
